2. About Pro Funding Options

Pro Funding Options is a business funding marketplace that matches small and mid-sized U.S.-based businesses with third-party lenders, factoring companies, and equipment financiers from our network. Pro Funding Options is not itself a lender. Any loan, advance, or financing product you obtain through the Site is provided by a third-party lender under that lender’s own contract.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and authorized to act on behalf of the business you are inquiring on behalf of. Use of the Site by anyone outside the United States is not supported.

4. No guarantee of approval or terms

Submitting an inquiry or application through the Site does not guarantee that you will be approved for funding, that any specific terms or rates will be available to you, or that any particular lender will choose to fund your business. All approvals and terms are determined by the third-party lender at its sole discretion.

5. How we’re compensated

Pro Funding Options is compensated by the lenders in our network for connecting businesses with their products. We disclose all rates, fees, and lender identities before you accept any offer. You never pay Pro Funding Options directly for use of the Site or for matching.

6. Information you submit

You agree that all information you submit through the Site is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the authority to submit it. We may share that information with lenders in our network for the purpose of evaluating your application.

7. Third-party content and links

The Site may include content provided by, or links to, third-party lenders, partners, or vendors. Pro Funding Options does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Pro Funding Options or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Pro Funding Options disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability
